Kate has spent her career as an HR partner focused on achieving business results through engagement. She brings with her more than 15 years of global experience building and supporting all aspects of HR for small companies, and leading HR due diligence and acquisition integration in the tech industry. She holds both a Bachelors in HR Management and an MBA from Boston College.

 

On the personal side, Kate and her husband live outside of Boston, MA with two young boys (who never stop running around!) Their golden retriever, Brinkley, tags along to the office with Kate whenever she can.
